I’ve had a good day today. It helps if I sleep well, Last night I used the essential oil of Lavender on my pillow, just a few drops before getting into bed, it really makes a difference to my sleep and I have pleasant dreams too.

Individuals reading this journal should try these little suggestions, they really do work.

My life is totally involved with the true sense of aroma-therapy, I don’t provide massage just the aroma of the essential oils.

I’m a Welshman, and I live in village of Oxfordshire, UK.

I’m happily married to my blind date.

Fortunately I work in a studio at the bottom of our unique garden. The studio has all the necessary equipment to make a modest living, but most importantly, my work provides enjoyment. As I write, I am breathing the aroma of Rosemary, such a delightful aroma, quite uplifting at 9.30 in the evening

Do we live to work or work to live?

My life, at this present moment is ok, I am happy and relaxed, and I hope you, the person reading this journal, are safe and happy too.
